Successful integration of international workers cannot be improvised. A well-supervised and structured arrival allows for a harmonious, safe and reassuring transition. Our integration service provides human and organized support as soon as you arrive in the country, in order to promote rapid and effective adaptation.

Welcome upon arrival

We welcome workers directly at the airport and transport them to their new home. This first treatment reduces the stress associated with arriving in a new environment and ensures a confident departure.

Administrative support

We support workers in essential procedures from the very first days:

• Obtaining a social insurance number from Service Canada
• Request for a health insurance card at the RAMQ
• Preparation and opening of bank accounts, including the ATM card

Our presence facilitates the understanding of the procedures and ensures that each step is completed correctly and quickly.

Installation and first needs

The installation is not limited to administrative formalities. We support workers with their essential needs:

• First grocery store
• Purchase of clothing adapted to the climate (winter clothing, boots)
• Acquisition of work clothes, according to the requirements of the position

We ensure that each worker has the necessary resources to start their job in the best conditions.
